Due to the nature of the product, unfortunately we are unable to accept refunds.

If something has not arrived please contact ASAP quoting either your order number or name you purchased under and we can check the tracking on the item. If it is lost in transit we will send another consignment (if this is your first order).

We will automatically resend your order free of charge (on your first order, also please note this if you purchased 1-3 items in your order) moving forward we will need proof of a custom seizure letter.
